What BentoBid is

BentoBid is a pay-to-rank homepage. You bid for a compartment on a category tray. Higher bids get larger cells. There are twenty seats per tray. When a tray is full, a new bid can evict the lowest seat.

A listing is advertising space, not an investment, ownership stake, or guarantee of traffic. Cell size follows the current bid ranking and can change when someone else bids.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the URL, description, name, and email you submit.

Bids and payments

• Every seat starts at $1, including the 2×2 hero, medium 2×1, and small 1×1 cells.
• To outbid a live listing, you must pay at least $1 more than its current bid.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. A completed charge is a completed bid.
• Bids buy time on the tray, not a permanent slot. Rank and size can change at any time.

Listings

You may only list a site or product you are allowed to promote. Do not submit malware, phishing, adult sexual content involving minors, illegal goods, hate or harassment, or anything that impersonates another person or brand. We may remove a listing, refuse a bid, or ban an email without notice if it breaks these rules or the law.

Your public listing shows the URL, description, bid amount, and click count. Your email is used for receipts and notices and is not shown on the tray.

Eviction and outbids

If the tray is full and a higher qualifying bid lands, the lowest listing can be removed. If someone pays $1 more than you, they take your rank. That is the product. Eviction or being outbid does not create a refund, except as described in the Refund Policy.

Availability

We provide the service as-is. Trays, rankings, visitor counts, and uptime can change, break, or pause while we operate, repair, or shut down the product. We are not liable for lost impressions, lost rank, or lost business from using BentoBid.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to BentoBid is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts that have jurisdiction over Varshith V Hegde.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
